Stack-A-Roll Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon water
2 pounds ground beef
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (3 ounce) can French-fried onions
1 (8 ounce) can buttermilk biscuits

Directions
Whisk 2 tablespoons of the sour cream, egg and water in a small bowl until smooth.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Stir in the soup, mushrooms and 2/3 of the fried onions and heat through.
Stir in the remainder of the sour cream and heat through.
Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Cut the biscuits in half horizontally and place cut side down around the edge of the baking dish.
Drizzle the sour cream mixture over the biscuits.
Sprinkle the remaining fried onions over the center of the beef mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
