Turkey Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A traditional irish recipe that's simply delicious and easy to make
Ingredients
2 slices rye bread
turkey
2 slices swiss cheese
3 tbsp jarred sweet and sour red cabbage
butter or olive oil nonstick cooking spray
dijon mustard
Directions
spray your skillet or griddle down with enough cooking spray that when heated you can see the spray simmer
turn griddle or heat to med high
place the mustard on your bread
place your turkey on the bread
add your cheese
add the cabbage
put the sandwich together and place on the griddle or in the skillet
cook until each side is brown and the cheese has melted
enjoy
