Ingredients
1 Swiss roll
1 cup canned apricot halves
2 cups Bavarian strawberry cream
1 cup apricots, cut into pieces
1 cup Chantilly cream
1/2 cup roasted almonds, crumbled
1 cocoa spongecake, 3/4 inch thick
1/2 cup apricot glaze
Directions
Cut cake roll into 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick slices.
Line a round deep mold with cake slices, alternating with apricot halves.
In a bowl, mix Bavarian cream and apricots.
Pour into mold.
In a second bowl, mix Chantilly cream with half the almonds.
Pour into mold.
Cover with cocoa spongecake.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Unmold.
Cover charlotte with apricot glaze.
Sprinkle sides with almond crumbs.
Line a round deep mold with cake slices, alternating with apricot halves.
In a bowl, mix Bavarian cream and apricots.
Pour into mold.
