Ingredients

 Ginger1 1 Inch
 Miso3 Tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Seasoned rice vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon Asian chile paste, such as Sriracha or sambal oelek
 Peanut oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Peel the ginger.
Drop the ginger into the blender and process until finely chopped.
Add the miso, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and chile paste; puree.
With the blender running, drizzle in the peanut oil to make a smooth, slightly thick dressing.
Serve or refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days.
