Sriracha Miso Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Ginger | 1 1 Inch | |
| Miso | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Seasoned rice vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Asian chile paste, such as Sriracha or sambal oelek | ||
| Peanut oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Peel the ginger.
Drop the ginger into the blender and process until finely chopped.
Add the miso, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and chile paste; puree.
With the blender running, drizzle in the peanut oil to make a smooth, slightly thick dressing.
Serve or refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days.
