Ingredients
| Olive oil | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Squid | 2 Pound, drained | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm) | |
| Green Onions - 3 to 4, sliced | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Red wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Italian seasoning | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, heat oil and saute garlic and onions for about 2 minutes. Add in the squid rings into the hot skillet and stir fry for 10 minutes, stirring often in between.
2) Further, add in tomato sauce, wined, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning and cook on low for 10 minutes.
3) Lastly, add in the grated cheese, mix well and turn off the heat. Let the skillet rest for a minute before serving.
SERVING
Serve the Squid Gilroy as a hot appetizer.
