1 1/2 pounds tomatoes, chopped
 
1 onion, chopped
 
2 garlic cloves, minced
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
3 ears corn
 
3 green peppers, sliced lengthwise
 
1 1/2 pounds squash, diced
 
4 cups meat stock
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 
1 cup sour cream

Directions

Saute tomatoes, onion, and garlic in oil in deep saucepan.
Cut corn from cobs; add to tomato mixture with green pepper and squash.
Add stock, salt, and pepper, simmer until sauce is thick and vegetables are tender.
Stir in sour cream, remove from heat
