Ingredients

 Squash flower12
 Cottage cheese/Goat cheese / cream cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Olive oil/Cooking oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Eggs2
 Flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Fill squash flower with 1/2 tbsp cheese.
Close the flower and keep aside.
Take scrambled eggs in a tray and flour in another tray.
Season the flour with salt and pepper and mix.
Dip the cheese stuffed flower in scrambled egg first and then roll them in the flour mixture.
Deep fry the flowers in a pan.
Cook them until they are nice brown and crispy.
Place them on paper towel when it is done.
