Squash With Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow squash | 1 1/2 Pound, frozen | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Paprika | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Wash squash and slice.
Cook with onion in small amount of salted water until tender; drain.
If frozen, cook according to package directions.
Add butter, and season to taste.
Remove to serving dish.
Combine flour and sour cream in saucepan; heat thoroughly.
Pour over squash mixture.
Top with paprika.
