Squash With Garlic Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow squash | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Zucchini | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper – a dash | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a 1-quart microwavable casserole, put together all ingredients and toss well.
2. Cook covered on High for 4 minutes; stir once after 2 minutes of cooking.
3. Let the dish stand covered for 1 minute for the squash to become tender.
SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
