Squash Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 3/4 Ounce | |
| Scallions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 large egg, lightly beaten | ||
| All purpose flour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
2. Spray medium nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn patties over; cook until other side is lightly browned, about 3 minutes longer.
