2 1/2 pounds yellow summer squash
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons grated onion
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Grate uncooked squash.
Beat in remaining ingredients, except oil.
Drop by tablespoon into a little hot oil in skillet.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
