Squash Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, chopped | |
| Banana peppers | 3 To taste, chopped | |
| Butter | ||
| Squash | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute onion, green pepper and banana peppers in butter until soft; combine with squash.
Add eggs, salt and pepper.
Place in casserole and cover with thin layer of cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter and cook at 375° for about 25 minutes.
