Squash Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 to 4 cup cooked yellow squash | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shredded cheese | 6 Ounce | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 24 crumbled saltines | ||
Directions
Mix all together.
May add mushrooms and/or green beans.
For cheese, can use Cheddar, Swiss, cottage and Ricotta.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes in pan sprayed with cooking spray.
