Ingredients

 2 to 4 cup cooked yellow squash
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Shredded cheese6 Ounce
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 24 crumbled saltines

Directions

Mix all together.
May add mushrooms and/or green beans.
For cheese, can use Cheddar, Swiss, cottage and Ricotta.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes in pan sprayed with cooking spray.
