Squash A La Grecque Recipe

| 6 each crookneck and zucchini squash | ||
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), salted | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Dash each salt and pepper | ||

Directions
Cut off the ends of squash and slice in half lengthwise.
Place in a saucepan with boiling salted water and simmer for 8 minutes, or until tender.
Drain.
Blend together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over hot squash.
