| Seedless white grapes | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) |

Directions
Rub squabs with butter.
Sprinkle cavities with salt.
Place in a buttered casserole; cover and bake for 10 minutes.
Add consomme and wine.
Cover again and continue to bake at 325°F. for 45 minutes or until tender.
Five minutes before squabs are done add grapes.
