 Dry yeast1 Teaspoon (For base)
 Warm water3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For base)
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon (For base)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (For base)
 Oil1 Tablespoon (For base)
 Flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For base)
 1 cup whole green gram sprouts
 Onion1 (For topping)
 Cabbage2 Tablespoon, chopped (For topping)
 Tomato1 (For topping)
 Butter1 Tablespoon (For topping)
 Tomato sauce1 Tablespoon (For topping)
 1 tsp soya sauce
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (For topping)
 Pepper powder1/2 Teaspoon (For topping)
 Cheese2 Tablespoon, grated (For topping)

Directions

Take warm water in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle sugar and yeast over it and keep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Put flour, salt and oil to soaked yeast, mix with fork for 2-3 minutes and then knead to a soft dough with hands.
Cover the dough with damp cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll out to a 30 cm round base.
Put the base in a baking dish.
Bake the base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove the pizza base from the dish and cool.
Smear butter over the base.
Mix soya sauce with tomato sauce and spread over butter.
Spread sprouts and cabbage.
Arrange tomato and onion rings and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Put grated cheese all over.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
