Sprouted Wheat Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. honey
1 cup skimmilk
2 egg whites
2 tsp. oil*
1/2 cup sprouted wheat
Directions
1. Mix flour and baking powder.
2. Add honey, milk, egg whites, and oil. Mix well.
3. Stir in sprouted wheat until evenly mixed.
4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes in nonstick or paper-lined muffin pans. Cool before serving.
