Sprouted green gram curry Recipe
Sprouted green gram is very healthy. A very good recipe for kids and children.

1). 2 cups sprouted green gram (preferably skin removed)
2). 1 tomato (Finely chopped)
3). 1 med. sized onion (Finely chopped)
4). 1 tsp chana masala
5). 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
6). 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
7). 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
8). Salt to taste
9). Cilantro for garnishing
10). 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
11). 2 tbsp oil
12). 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Directions
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, when they splutter add onions and fry till golden brown.
2. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
4. Add 1/4 cup water and mix it well. Now add chana masala, and pav bhaji masala and saute for few seconds.
5. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
6. Now add sprouted green gram along with garam masala powder and salt.
7. Add another 1/4 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
8. Cover and cook on a low flame till green gram is tender and all the water evaporates. (Stir occasionally)
9. Serve hot garnished with cilantro as a side dish with rice or any Indian bread.

This is one of Raghu's favorite recipes. I didn't know about this recipe. It was Raghu who used to prepare this when he was single.
