Sprouted Wheat Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
| Wheat | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sprouted | |
| Caraway seeds | 2 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Cornmeal | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Put sprouted wheat through fine blade of meat grinder.
Mix with seeds and egg.
Form into cigar shapes, roll in cornmeal and place on an oiled baking sheet.
Let dry 5 minutes.
Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, lower heat to 325°F and continue baking until done, about 5 minutes longer.
