Sprouted Chick Pea Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Safflower oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 4 cups shredded red cabbage | ||
| Mung bean sprouts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Caraway seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a wok or heavy skillet. Add the cabbage and saute for 3 minutes. Add the sprouts and saute for 2 minutes longer.
