Sprout Tomato Combo Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10-ounce packages frozen brussels sprouts | ||
| 1 cup bottled spaghetti sauce | ||
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Minced onion | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup croutons, slightly crushed | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
Directions
In saucepan cook brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, cheese, water, onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook and stir till cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. (Mixture may look curdled due to cheese.) Turn into serving bowl.
Combine crushed croutons and butter.
Sprinkle atop brussels sprouts.
