Sprout Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 2 cups sprouted alfalfa, lentil, millet, and fenugreek seeds mixed in any proportion | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup homemade mayonnaise, approximately | ||
| 1 hard-cooked egg, cut into wedges | ||
Directions
1. Combine the carrots, sprouts, celery, nuts, parsley, onion, and raisins in a salad bowl.
2. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten and toss to mix.
3. Garnish with the egg wedges.
