 Carrots2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 2 cups sprouted alfalfa, lentil, millet, and fenugreek seeds mixed in any proportion
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Nuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Onion2 Tablespoon, grated
 Raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup homemade mayonnaise, approximately
 1 hard-cooked egg, cut into wedges

Directions

1. Combine the carrots, sprouts, celery, nuts, parsley, onion, and raisins in a salad bowl.
2. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten and toss to mix.
3. Garnish with the egg wedges.
