Ingredients

 Brussels sprouts1 Pound, frozen
 Shelled walnuts1 1/2 Ounce
 1 red dessert apple
 1 celery heart
 Onion1/2 Small, finely chopped
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 4 tbsps. thick mayonnaise
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan boil salted water and cook sprouts till done.
2) Refresh under cold running water and keep aside.
3) Chop walnuts, apple and celery roughly.
4) Mix the walnuts, apple, celery, onion and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
5) Mix in the mayonnaise and sprouts before serving. Serve with cold roast chicken or turkey.
