Sprout Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
1 medium tomato
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup snipped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Garlic Dressing
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook sprouts, uncovered, in small amount of boiling water for 3 minutes; drain and cool.
Peel and chop the tomato.
In mixing bowl combine sprouts, tomato, onion, parsley, and green pepper.
Pour Garlic Dressing over sprouts mixture and toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Add cheese and mix lightly.
