Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F In bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar.
Beat in egg, vanilla and almond extract.
{Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.) Stir in flour and salt until well mixed.
Press a small amount of dough at a time through a cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets. Garnish as desired.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes until set but not browned.
