Ingredients

 Potatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Cucumber1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Radishes2 Tablespoon, sliced
 Green onion1 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Few grains black pepper
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Heat potatoes thoroughly; drain.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring frequently (do not boil).
Pour sour cream mixture over hot potatoes; toss lightly to coat evenly.
