Spring Time Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cucumber | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Radishes | 2 Tablespoon, sliced | |
| Green onion | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Few grains black pepper | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat potatoes thoroughly; drain.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring frequently (do not boil).
Pour sour cream mixture over hot potatoes; toss lightly to coat evenly.
