Healthy Spring Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups leaf lettuce, torn apart | ||
| 2 cups dandelion greens, torn apart | ||
| 1 cup shredded comfrey leaves | ||
| 1 cup shredded plantain leaves | ||
| Radishes | 1 Bunch (100gm), thinly sliced | |
| HONEY DRESSING | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Apple cider vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Combine all the salad greens and the radishes in a salad bowl and toss to mix.
2. Put all the dressing ingredients, with the exception of the oil, in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process on low speed. Turn the speed to high and very gradually blend in the oil. Pour the dressing over the greens and toss.
