Springtime Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Lemon package | 1 , flavored | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 cup diced cooked beef | ||
| Red apple | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, sliced | |
Directions
In saucepan, bring beef broth to a boil.
Add gelatin; stir to dissolve.
Add water, onion, vinegar, and pepper.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 3-cup mold.
Chill until firm
