That is a really green recipe, perfect for the lent season. The amount of green vegetables in their compensates for the olive oil.

pasta primavera is often looked upon as a boring pasta recipe but it is perfect for veggies like me. I use cheesy amounts of cheese in my recipe and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves... and they smell heavenly. Like spring indeed!

Pasta and vegetables has always been my favorite. Nothing like it when you are at the peak of hunger.Pasta made with spring vegetables is a healthy treat. I would like it with an excess of vegetables.

A perfect combination of pasta and fresh green vegetables. Though some hotels use this recipe as a way to clean out old veggies from their kitchen.
