1 head lettuce
 
1/4 head chicory
 
1 small bunch water cress
 
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
 
1 onion, thinly sliced
 
1 cucumber, sliced
 
1 small can anchovy fillets
 
1 cup French dressing
 
3/4 cup mayonnaise
 
1/4 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese

Directions

Tear lettuce and chicory into bite-size pieces in a salad bowl.
Add tomato wedges, green pepper rings, onion rings, cucumber and anchovies.
Combine French dressing and mayonnaise, fold in cheese and blend well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
Serve immediately.
