Spring Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| Head of lettuce | 1 | |
| Watercress | 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm) | |
| Spinach leaves | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Carrot curls | 24 | |
| Green onions | 4 Small | |
| Ripe pitted olives | 12 | |
| Blanched almonds | 12 | |
| Italian dressing | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces; chop watercress coarsely.
Combine lettuce, watercress and spinach in salad bowl; add carrot curls and onions.
Stuff olives with almonds; add to salad.
Toss lightly with Italian dressing just before serving.
