 Head of lettuce1
 Watercress1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
 Spinach leaves1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Carrot curls24
 Green onions4 Small
 Ripe pitted olives12
 Blanched almonds12
 Italian dressing1 Tablespoon

Directions

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces; chop watercress coarsely.
Combine lettuce, watercress and spinach in salad bowl; add carrot curls and onions.
Stuff olives with almonds; add to salad.
Toss lightly with Italian dressing just before serving.
