Spring roll wrappers
 
Rice noodles
 
Vegetables:
 
Mint
 
Parsley
 
Bean sprouts
 
2 green onions (chopped into 2” slices)
 
Lettuce
 
Cucumber Chopped into 2” slices)
 
Cooked shrimps and pork

Directions

Take a pan and add water to it. Add the rice noodles to it. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Strain and rinse under cold water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Take a spring roll wrapper and soak in a bowl of water. Remove and lay the spring roll wrapper on the board. Place lettuce, shrimps, pork, bean sprouts, parsley, onion, noodles and roll. Tuck the sides carefully. Your spring rolls are ready. Serve with sauce.
