 1 large ripe fresh Hass Avocado, halved, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Tangerines6
 3 small oranges, peeled, separated into segments and cut in quarters
 Green onions2 Small, thinly sliced
 1/3 pound cooked salmon, bones rem

Directions

1. To prepare the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
2. Place avocado in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Add tangerines or oranges, green onions, salmon and jicama. Stir to blend.
3. To serve, set out lettuce leaves
