 Chicken stock2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Leek1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Broccoli1/4 Cup (16 tbs), broken
 Snow peas1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 leek leaves, julienned

Directions

–  In a saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boiL Add leek whites and broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
