Spring Salad Radish Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Clean the radishes, trim both ends, and chop very fine.
Place in small bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, cottage cheese, skim milk, salt and pepper and mix well.
Pour over radishes and let stand for 30 minutes so flavors blend.
Stir before serving over shredded lettuce, baked potatoes or sliced tomatoes.
