Spring Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 6-8 cups spring greens, for example, torn leaf lettuce, garden cress, tender dandelion shoots, nasturtium greens, watercress | ||
| Radishes | 4 , sliced | |
| 2 tbsp finely chopped chives or wild leeks | ||
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:) | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (Dressing:) | |
| White sugar | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
Directions
Place salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine ingredients for dressing.
Just before serving, pour over the greens and toss.
