Spring Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Smoked salmon | 300 Gram | |
| Rice paper | 12 | |
| Green papaya 150 g - grated | ||
| Carrots 50 g - grated | ||
| Onions 100 g - sliced | ||
| Soy bean sprouts 100 g | ||
| Lime juice 1 lime | ||
| Coriander leaves | 10 Gram | |
| Salt, pepper | ||
Directions
Combine the vegetables, fruits and herbs.
Season with lime juice, salt and finely ground pepper.
Thinly slice the smoked salmon.
Spread out 2 sheets of rice paper to make them longer in order to obtain more surface for the stuffing.
Lay the sliced salmon on them.
Next, put one layer of mixed vegetables and another slice of salmon.
Roll the filling in the rice paper
Season with lime juice, salt and finely ground pepper.
