 Smoked salmon300 Gram
 Rice paper12
 Green papaya 150 g - grated
 Carrots 50 g - grated
 Onions 100 g - sliced
 Soy bean sprouts 100 g
 Lime juice 1 lime
 Coriander leaves10 Gram
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Combine the vegetables, fruits and herbs.
Season with lime juice, salt and finely ground pepper.
Thinly slice the smoked salmon.
Spread out 2 sheets of rice paper to make them longer in order to obtain more surface for the stuffing.
Lay the sliced salmon on them.
Next, put one layer of mixed vegetables and another slice of salmon.
Roll the filling in the rice paper
