| Cabbage | 1⁄4 , chopped | |
| Carrots | 2 , grated | |
| Celery sticks | 2 , sliced | |
| Onion | 1⁄4 , sliced | |
| Soy beans | 2 Ounce | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
1. Heat oil, add onion 6 celery, fry for a couple of minutes. Add cabbage,carrot & soy beans. Fry until soft, season with salt & pepper
2. Heat frying oil
3. Place a sheet, spoon filling, wrap like envelope. First bottom with filling, then sides & finish wrapping, use flour with water like glue, roll the rest
4. Fry rolls until golden, leave the over a napkin paper
5. Serve with sauce
