Ingredients

 1/4 kilo (1/2lb) ground pork
 Chopped1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Carrots2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  1 Tbsp. medium onion finely chopped
 Oyster sauce1 Tablespoon
 Whole egg1 , beaten
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon
 Cornstarch1/2 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon, mixed
 15 pcs. Spring roll wrappers
  cooking oil for deep frying

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a clean bowl, mix it.
Spoon 1 tbsp. of the filling mixture on the spring roll wrapper.
Roll and seal by brushing the edge with cornstarch-egg mixture.
Deep fry and cut into 3 pieces.
Serve your crispy spring rolls as you would any appetizer. They go wonderfully with a sweet and sour sauce and many other types of dip. Serve with rice or fresh green salad.
