Ingredients

 
1 ½ Ice water
 
2 apples
 
Ginger
 
½ bunch Dandelion greens
 
½ bunch parsley
 
1 lemon

Directions

Take ice water in a blender jar.

Cut 2 apples and add to the jar. Remove the seeds.

Put some ginger to the jar.

Break the dandelion greens with hand and add to the blender.

Then add some parsley. Squeeze the lemon and add the lemon juice to the ingredients.

Blend them up nicely.

Pour in a glass and enjoy the drink to detox yourself.
