Ingredients

 9-oz. pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
 Celery3 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Boiling water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Butter salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a covered saucepan, cook the artichokes and celery for three minutes in salted boiling water; add peas to it and return to boiling
2. Cover and cook the vegetables for another five minutes and drain them all well

SERVING
3. Toss around with some lemon juice and butter salt and serve
