Spring Artichoke Hearts Recipe
Ingredients
| 9-oz. pkg. frozen artichoke hearts | ||
| Celery | 3 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a covered saucepan, cook the artichokes and celery for three minutes in salted boiling water; add peas to it and return to boiling
2. Cover and cook the vegetables for another five minutes and drain them all well
SERVING
3. Toss around with some lemon juice and butter salt and serve
