Simple Split Pea Soup Recipe

| Carrots | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 3 Ounce, diced | |
| 12 ounces cooked dried split peas | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 packets instant chicken broth and seasoning mix | ||
| Bay leaf | 1/2 | |
Directions
In saucepan cook carrots and onion for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer, stirring often for 25 to 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
Divide evenly.
