Spinaci Al Formaggio Recipe

Ingredients
| Spinach | 2 Pound | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch |
Directions
Wash spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
Let drain and pour off excess moisture.
Heat the oil and butter in a large pot and cook onions for 5 minutes.
Add the spinach and cover.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until spinach is tender and moisture has evaporated.
Stir in cheese, salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
