Spinach With Ham Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cooked spinach (2 lbs. fresh or 2 packages frozen)
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 cup olive oil
3 slices cured ham
salt (if necessary)
Directions
Drain spinach well and chop coarsely.
Heat 14 cup olive oil and fry garlic clove until golden.
Remove and discard clove.
In the same oil, fry the ham cut into small pieces^ When ham is lightly browned, add spinach.
Toss continually while frying for 1-2 minutes and serve.
