Spinach-Topped Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach | 10 Ounce | |
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| Onion salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Breaded fish portions | 8 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1 Dash | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cook frozen spinach according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
Stir cream cheese and onion salt into hot spinach; mix well.
Place frozen fish portions on greased baking sheet.
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
Top with hot spinach and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes.
