These spinach tikkas are what I call a perfect balance between health and taste. A crunchy tasty dish this is a wonderful appetizer and can also be used as a filling for your sandwiches.
 
4 cups chopped spinach
 
1 potato, baked and peeled
 
1-2 green chillies (grated)
 
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
 
1 cup chopped cilantro
 
Salt to taste
 
Sugar
 
1 cup almonds (roasted and chopped)
 
A little oil

Directions

Take a large mixing bowl add in the chopped spinach. Grate in the baled potato and the green chillies. Add the juice of a lemon and the cilantro. Add sugar and salt to taste. Mix well with your hands into a nice dough. Add the almonds and mix. Take a handful of the dough. Give it the desired shape. Put on a hot skillet. Drizzle 2-3 drops of oil on each of the tikkas. When done, serve with tomato ketchup.

Tried this it tasts ok... But were very soft, so i added cornflour to it. But still soft.
