Ingredients

 
1 lb (500 g) spinach stalks (without leaves)
 
Boiling water
 
2 teaspoons salt
 
Pinch of baking powder
 
1 cup Tahini Sauce

Directions

Chop the spinach stalks into 2 in (5 cm) strips.
Place in boiling water with salt and baking powder and simmer until soft and tender — approx 3O minutes.
Drain stalks and mash or leave sliced.
Gently mix in the Tahini Sauce.
Serve cold.
