Spinach And Yogurt Soup Recipe

Ingredients
| Spinach 1 bundle | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Potato | 1 Small, boiled | |
| Cumin powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Rock Salt | To Taste | |
| Thick yogurt, beaten 1 cup | ||
| Pepper powder | 1 To taste | |
| Lime, juiced 1 big | ||
Directions
Clean ana wash the spinach thoroughly.
Cook this along with the onion in 6 cups or water for about 5 minutes.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes and then grind in the liquidiser.
Blend this with the water used for cooking.
Add the cumin powder, lime juice and rock salt and mix well.
Do not reheat after mixing the lime juice or the vitamins will be destroyed.
Serve in soup bowls garnished with a swirl of beaten yogurt and sprinkle pepper powder.
