Spinach Salad Imperial Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) fresh spinach
1/4 pound sliced maple flavor bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 large carrot, pared and shredded '
1/3 cup bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing
4 slices process white American cheese, cut in small squares
1 cup onion ring snacks
Directions
Trim stems and any coarse ribs from spinach.
Wash leaves and drain well.
Break or cut into bite size pieces; place in a large salad bowl.
Saute bacon until crisp in a medium size frying pan; remove and drain on paper toweling.
Just before serving, add carrot to spinach; drizzle dressing over top; toss lightly to mix.
Stack cheese and bacon in center; sprinkle onion rings over all.
