Ingredients

 Spinach10 Ounce, washed, tear leaves (1 Package)
 Cauliflower flowerettes1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Hard-boiled eggs3 , chopped
 Crisp fried bacon slices8 , crumbled
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil6 Tablespoon

Directions

In bowl, mix spinach, cauliflower, eggs and bacon.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients and let stand for a few hours before using.
When ready to serve, pour dressing over spinach mixture and toss.
Decorate with a few slices of hard boiled eggs.
