Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 10 Ounce, washed, tear leaves (1 Package) | |
| Cauliflower flowerettes | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Hard-boiled eggs | 3 , chopped | |
| Crisp fried bacon slices | 8 , crumbled | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 6 Tablespoon |
Directions
In bowl, mix spinach, cauliflower, eggs and bacon.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients and let stand for a few hours before using.
When ready to serve, pour dressing over spinach mixture and toss.
Decorate with a few slices of hard boiled eggs.
